- 1-5 years
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management skills, great communicator, great listener, compassionate and patient, flexible, EMR, organized and detail oriented.
- Evaluation and skilled intervention
- Provides direct patient care and teaching.
- Implement Plan of Care
- Complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Participate in the implementation of and properly identifying needed therapy’s
- EMR
- IV infusion
- Medication administration
- Injections
- Wound Care - Including Wound Vac
- Ostomy Care
- Diabetic Care/Teaching
- Blood Draw/ Lab work
- Colostomy/IIeostomy, G-tube care and management
- Cardiac Care, Including CHF management
- Pain management
- Pre and Post - Surgical Care
- Report all changes to MD and office
- Waiting period may apply
